Credit Card

You will be able to use any credit card using the secure PayPal site from the conference site registration form and pay immediately when making your registration

 

After you complete your registration select payment by PayPal (Credit Card) you will be directed to the secure PayPal payment site and your registration will be processed and confirmed.  When your registration is submitted you will receive an email advising that your registration has been received - this is not a confirmation of your attendance. No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration is received.

 

Invoice

After you complete your registration select payment by Invoice. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your registration and an invoice for payment will be emailed to you. You can make payment in USD to DANA Bank account or ZAR to a local SA Bank account. If you wish to pay in ZAR please advise this in the "Comments" section of your registration, and for South African Companies please advise your VAT Number. No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration is received.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION COSTS

 

Delegates -  USD1225 per registration
African Residents -  USD570 per registration

African Residents -  ZAR7750 per registration

 

NB: This rate includes DANA Credit Card Processing and Bank Fees  

 

Full registration includes entry to all sessions, conference literature including an attendee list, arrival tea / coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, on both days of the conference, Game Ride and Braai (BBQ) Dinner at the conclusion of Day One of the conference, conference bag and conference name tag, and access to speakers presentations at the conclusion of the conference.

 

**Delegate registration fee does not include the field trip, hotel accommodation, activities or meals other than those mentioned above**

 

 

 

All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

FIELD TRIP REGISTRATION COSTS

 

 USD650 per delegate 

 ZAR8800 per delegate 

 

 

NB: This rate includes DANA Credit Card Processing and Bank Fees  


Field Trip Registration includes all ground transportation, hotel accommodation and meals, and site visits, from the commencement of the Field Trip at Skukuza Conference Centre on Thursday 14 September, 2017 until the conclusion of the Field Trip at Johannesburg Airport in the late afternoon of Friday 15 September, 2017.

 


There is limited availability for the field trip and will be first come first served.
 

All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation must be requested in writing to Conference orgainser Julie Bell, by email:admin@dana.co.nz

Up to 11 July, 2017: Full Refund less Administration Expenses of USD500.00

From 11 July 2017: No Refund
