Daniel has extensive experience in the planning and consenting issues faced by the forestry sector and other primary production activities. He has advised on the planning and consenting aspects of forestry transactions, including recently advising on the sale of Hikurangi Forest Farms comprising approximately 35,000 ha to New Forests. He also has experience advising on compliance and enforcement issues for forestry operators.

Daniel has been with Russell McVeagh since 2005, becoming a Partner in 2016.
