Mr. Hughes is Chief Executive Officer of Australian Bluegum Plantations (ABP) and Reliance Forest Fibre. Prior to joining ABP in 2015, Mr. Hughes spent over 25 years working within the forestry sector in Canada. As a Management Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers he led their forest resources practice in Eastern Canada providing advisory and due diligence services to clients in resource management. For Bowater Forest Products he held a number of senior management positions in operations and forest management. Mr. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Toronto and a MBA from Queens University.
