Full registration includes entry to all sessions, conference literature including an attendee list, conference name tag; arrival coffee/tea and morning coffee/tea, lunch, afternoon coffee/tea and networking event at the conclusion of Day 1; arrival coffee/tea and morning coffee/tea, lunch and afternoon coffee/tea; conclusion of Day 2 conference session and access to speakers’ presentations at the conclusion of the conference.

Field Trip Registration Payment will cover the cost of two (2) nights at hotels, two (2) days of breakfast, two (2) days of lunch, two (2) days dinner with coffee/tea & soft drinks and two (2) days of bus seats for visits.
Important: Flights to/from Australia are not included and have to be reserved by delegates at own account.

Partners and business colleagues are also welcome to take part in these events, please email the Conference Organiser if you would like to register additional participants - invoice and payment link will be forwarded to you.
You will be able to use any credit card using the secure PayPal site from the conference site registration form and pay immediately when making your registration. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account simply choose "Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card" when you are directed to the PayPal site.
After you complete your registration, click on Book Conference then select Pay Total Balance and you will be directed to the secure PayPal payment site. Enter your personal and credit card details and your payment will be processed and confirmed by email from PayPal - this email is also sent to DANA Events.
When your registration is submitted you will also receive an email from DANA Events advising that your registration has been received - this is not a confirmation of your attendance - you will receive a separate email from the Conference Organiser confirming your attendance and providing additional information for delegates.
No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration has been received.
Cancellation must be requested in writing to the Conference Organiser.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond DANA (NZ) Ltd. control to alter the form, content, timings, dates or venue of an event. Dana (NZ) Ltd. will not accept liability for any kind of disruptions or any claims whatsoever, and in such instances DANA (NZ) Ltd. normal cancellation terms apply.
