Your Conference Registration does not include accommodation, nor does it guarantee a room will be reserved for you. It is the responsibility of each delegate to reserve your own accommodation for the conference. 

Special rates are available for booking accommodation at the hotel venue.

Hilton guest room - double occupancy 199.00 EUR per night

The rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We advise you to make your bookings early as possible should you wish to stay at the Conference Hotel to ensure your room reservation. The rates above include breakfast (1 for Single Occupancy and 2 for Double Occupancy) and VAT.

Accommodation must be booked here to receive the special rates.
