1100 Euro per Delegate

NB: This rate includes Credit Card Processing Fees.


Full registration includes entry to all sessions, conference literature including an attendee list, conference bag and conference name tag; arrival tea / coffee, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, on both Conference Days; welcome drinks and networking session at the conclusion of Day 1;  and access to speakers presentations at the conclusion of the conference.


Delegate Conference Registration fee does not include field trip, hotel accommodation, activities or meals other than those mentioned above.

Field Trip

Delegates: 950 Euro per Delegate

NB: This rate includes Credit Card Processing Fees.


Field Trip Registration includes bus / coach transportation; Two nights accommodation (Wednesday 27 May and Tuursday 28 May; all meals from the commencement of the field trip immediately after the conference on Wednesday 27 May; and access to all site visits.

Please select "yes" to "Attending Field Trip" on the Registration Form below to register your participation. There is limited availability for the field trip and will be "first come first served". Preference will be given to Conference Delegates.


All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Networking Event

Delegates: Included in Full Conference Registration

Others: 50 Euro per ticket


For catering purposes please select "yes" to "Attending Networking Function" on the registration form below if you are going to take part in this event. Partners and business colleagues are also welcome to take part in this event, please contact conference organiser Julie Bell on (07) 3492764 xtn 2 or email registation@danaevents.co.nz if you would like to register additional participants.


You will be able to use any credit card using the secure PayPal site from the conference site registration form and pay immediately when making your registration. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account simply choose “Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card”. After you complete your registration, and selected payment by PayPal (Credit Card) you will be directed to the secure PayPal payment site where you enter your details and your payment will be processed and confirmed by email from PayPal. When your registration is submitted you will also receive an email from DANA Events advising that your registration has been received - this is not a confirmation of your attendance.


No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration has been received.


Russian Delegates (only) will be able to register and make payment in Rubles directly to Whatwood. Further information will be posted shortly or please contact Igor Novoselov - igor.novoselov@whatwood.ru If you want to register your details now please complete the registration form and write in "Additional Comments" Invoice and Pay in Rubles, then select Bank Deposit (On Invoice) as payment method.
