Conference

NZD 955.00 per ticket (plus GST for NZ Delegates) 

 

Full registration includes entry to all sessions, conference literature including an attendee list, conference bag and conference name tag; arrival tea / coffee, morning tea (on both days); lunch and afternoon tea on Day One only; welcome drinks and networking session at the conclusion of Day1;  and access to speakers presentations (subject to approval) at the conclusion of the conference.

 

Delegate Conference Registration fee does not include pre-conference seminar, field trip, hotel accommodation, activities or meals other than those mentioned above.

Seminar

NZD 450.00 per ticket (plus GST for NZ Delegates) 

 

Registration includes entry to the afternoon seminar presentations, access to speaker presentations (subject to approval) at the conclusion of the seminar and afternoon tea.

 

Discounted Registration offered to Owners / Managers of family farms who are Members of Beef + Lamb NZ. Please contact conference organiser Julie Bell on (07) 3492764 xtn 2 or email registration@danaevents.co.nz for details. All fees must be paid in full prior to the seminar.

Field Trip

NZD 500.00 per ticket (plus GST for NZ Delegates)

 

Registration includes bus / coach transportation to the sites, hosted site visits, lunches on both days, and dinner on Day 1 -meal only drinks at delegates own expense. The Field trip will start and end in Napier on both days and delegates will need to make their own accommodation bookings in Napier for the night of Wednesday 18 March 2021.

There is limited availability for the field trip and will be "first come first served". Preference will be given to Conference Delegates.

 

All fees must be paid in full prior to the conference.

Networking Event

Delegates: Included in Full Conference Registration

 

Others: NZD 50 per ticket (plus GST for NZ Delegates)

 

For catering purposes please select "yes" to "Attending Networking Function" on the registration form below if you are going to take part in this event. Partners and business colleagues are also welcome to take part in this event, please contact conference organiser Julie Bell on (07) 3492764 xtn 2 or email registration@danaevents.co.nz if you would like to register additional participants.

Payment

Bank Deposit (On Invoice)

 

Registrations can be paid on invoice by Direct Credit in NZD to the DANA New Zealand Bank Account. After you complete your registration select payment by Bank Deposit (On Invoice) and invoice will be emailed separately. When your registration is submitted you will also receive an email from DANA Events advising that your registration has been received. Please note this is not a confirmation of your attendance - your registration will be processed and an invoice for payment will be forwarded to you. No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration has been received.

 

 

PayPal (Credit Card) 

 

You will be able to use any Credit Card using the secure PayPal site from the conference site registration form and pay immediately when making your registration. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account simply choose “Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card”. After you complete your registration, and selected payment by PayPal (Credit Card) you will be directed to the secure PayPal payment site where you enter your details and your payment will be processed. Credit Card payment will have a 3% processing fee added to payment amount. When your registration is submitted you will also receive an email from DANA Events advising that your registration has been received - this is not a confirmation of your attendance. No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration has been received.
