Full registration includes entry to all sessions, conference literature including an attendee list, conference bag and conference name tag; arrival tea / coffee, morning tea (on both days); lunch and afternoon tea on Day One only; welcome drinks and networking session at the conclusion of Day1;  and access to speakers presentations (subject to approval) at the conclusion of the conference.

Delegate Conference Registration fee does not include pre-conference seminar, field trip, hotel accommodation, activities or meals other than those mentioned above.

Registration includes bus / coach transportation to the sites, hosted site visits, lunches on both days, and dinner on Day 1 -meal only drinks at delegates own expense. The Field trip will start and end in Napier on both days and delegates will need to make their own accommodation bookings in Napier for the night of Wednesday 18 March 2021.

There is limited availability for the field trip and will be "first come first served". Preference will be given to Conference Delegates.

All registrations will be payable on invoice in NZD to the DANA New Zealand Bank Account

When your registration is submitted you will also receive an email from DANA Events advising that your registration has been received. Please note this is not a confirmation of your attendance - your registration will be processed and an invoice for payment will be forwarded to you. No registrations are confirmed until full payment of registration has been received.
